How can we determine our landscaper has a legitimate driverslicence and not a fraudlent one?
We do not want to be guilty of hiring an illegal alian for our landscaper.
He has what apperars to be a legitimate drivers license from the US but can these be prodeced illegally?

Check his bond and insurance. Remember if he has no insurance and someone is injured YOU are responsible! If he isn't bonded and something happens YOU are responsible!
Another trick is to check the plate on his truck. If it is not registered as a commercial vehicle in most states it is illegal!
Or you can use Karma's theory and not hire anyone who gives even a hint of being Latino! But then again...

well the easy way is to hire a licensed landscaper that you get from the yellow pages that pays taxes, insurance, etc

If you don't want to feel guilty for hiring an illegal alien (because he is doing landscaping, he is latino, he must be illegal, right?) just do it yourself and get your hands dirty. RACIST!
