What would you think about this trade?

Question

I know the Brewers are not on Peavy's wish list, but if it were, would this be a good trade?
Trade Peavy and Greene to  the Brewers.  The Brewers trade Fielder and JJ Hardy to the Giants and the Giants trade Matt Cain, Travis Ishikawa, and Alex Hinshaw to the Padres.
I know, Giants fans that we need bulpen help and trading it is not going to help us get it but we need offense more and if we are going to contend next year we need a solid cleanup batter.

Your thoughts?  Is this and even trade? and if you were a fan of either of the teams, would you go for it.

It's not bad, but why would the Padres do that deal.  Peavy imo is a top 5 pitcher when healthy.  At his best I don't think Cain will be as good as Peavy, so what makes this a good deal for the Padres?  It is a deal that seems to fill the needs of all teams involved, and that is sometimes a hard thing to do.  I just think the Padres could get more than that for Peavy.

i don't see a three way deal, more like fielder and hardy to San Diego and greene and peavy to the brew crew

if you were a real giants fan ( i dont think there are any left though )  you would know that the giants have made a statement saying matt cain is not negotionable   so that trade sux
