Why are Republicans acting so salty now?
They tried everything they could and lost fair and square.

Because without salt there is no taste. So liberals are tasteless.

My husband and I think that the Republican party has fallen.. especially if they decide to go a different route that is against Christian belief since that's the base of their angles.
If the "Republic" has fallen, that means that the Democrats will take over and we'll become an "Empire"... which may not seem very American, but it is indeed very Roman which, whether people realize it or not, American politics is based on.
When people think of Rome, though, they think about how it fell, but what they don't realize is that the change from a Republic to an Empire brought about the Pax Romana - 100 years of peace for the world.
Rome didn't fall until it, again, became a Republic and made Christianity its official religion.

People who defend Palin are not patriots, they're partisans. Obama won because he's smart and has new ideas. Republicans have ruined this country and still won't admit it. I just hope the country is repairable. There will be hypocrites who say they love the USA and criticize Obama's efforts at restoring this great country to what it once was.

This was in by no means an election, This was the BUYING of the
Office of President of the United States. Obama was smart he used
the yellow brick road called the internet to suck the lost generation
in, So now that he has to perform, and they find out the hard way,
that nothing he says comes to bear fruit, they will be crushed, LOL
counldn't happen to a nicer group of malcontents,

Honestly, i think that if McCain would have won, us Democrats would not be acting this rash. People saying they're moving to Canada is ridiculous. We are a nation and now more than ever is a time to come together. If republicans knew as much and they claim, they would realize that we need work together.

No. We didn't try everything. We could've picked a conservative to run instead of someone too bipartisan. We got close with Sarah Palin (and the media lynching shows how accurate a choice that was) but couldn't quite do it.
We get to act this way. Isn't that the message the Democrats taught us for the last eight years? Pretty sure that is the message I got. We represent the 58 million Americans that voted against your guy. '

Because that's what they do best. They consist of too many old stuffy men that refuse to realize it's a new day and many Americans are tired of looking back instead of moving forward.

McCain was everything we could think of.....HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...oh,,, you're killing me.
Most of the 58,000,000 who voted AGAINST your puppet were disgusted with the candidate we had. We were just a little more disgusted with Obama.

It isn't like they are demanding recounts, or claiming voter fraud or screaming "stolen election". Oh wait, that was some other party.

That's where you have the idea wrong. We didn't try everything.
Our party leaders tried to be as moderate and "understanding" as they could.
They turned their shoulders on true conservatism. That's how the Republican leaders got Obama elected.
