How many McCain/Palin supporters volunteered for his campaign?

I only ask because I held an Obama sign at the Voting Site for several hours in a state considered to be a battleground state and never saw a McCain sign.

I did see several Libertarian Candidate signs.

Update:

Marina, I'm curious where the NH volunteers were. I live in Manchester and never saw anything other than a few lawn signs.

Although McCain wasn't my choice I respect everyone who worked to support their candidate.

Most of the McCain supporters on yahoo were on here the whole time bitching about Obama. Who has time to campaign?

That is a good question...Oddly enough, in this state I received phone calls from a paid service for McCain, but volunteers called for Obama.

Source(s): Maybe age of the majority of McCain voter, had something to do with it? Or, people voting for their first time not having any guidence? Just a couple thoughts...

I did. I went door to door placing yard signs and removing the Obama ones at night. Tee-hee-hee

I campaigned for McCain in the battleground state of New Hampshire. There were hundreds of us.

No wonder Obama won New Hamsphire.

Maybe because noone wanted to openly support him/her.

  • They were too busy chanting "drill baby drill".
