It really depends on both what you consider to be 'alot' and what organization you end up working for. Alot of research organizations and rescue programs are run off of grants and donations, so the salary wouldn't be that high. In the end, don't base it off salary it is much more important to be doing something you love.

i've got continuously had to be a marine biologist and that i admire sharks. i'd say do a marine technology course at college and specialise afterwards once you come across a activity. i assume there are greater jobs in specific areas of the worldwide the place there are greater sharks
