Input on Conservation?

Just recently, I ran across the Conservation section of Yahoo! Answers. It is in the Environment link from the main page. I posted a suggestion to provide a link from Outdoor Recreation so those posting in this section could more easily share their views and ideas.

I know many of us are involved in conservation efforts as outdoors enthusiasts, so help me out if you want this section to have a link from Outdoor Recreation.

Here's a link. Give it a thumbs up so the Yahoo! staff know you think it's a good idea.

    Thank you for posting this.

It is sad that people outside the sport of hunting do not always realize how much hunters are commited to preserving the great outdoors for everyone to enjoy.

As an American, I am grateful to all those who came before me to make this country what it is today. We just honored our war veterans on Veterans' Day - for all of the sacrifices they made to preserve this land of freedom and democracy. And, we need to also extend our gratitude to those that had the foresight to realize that without proper management, our natural treatures could have perished many years ago.

I hope that we can all contribute to a conservation based answers group with our ideas on how to maintain the tradition of caring for the land for the benefit of future generations.
