Am I doing enough exercising?

Ok. Everyday I'm do pilates 20 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night. I am now going to start doing a mixture of yoga and martial arts. Rotating between the Yoga mixture and Pilates morning and evening. I am a high school student so I am up and on my feet most of the day walking around and moving up and down flights of stairs. Is this Enough Exercising? It's kind of hard to get to a gym and it is cold where i live so jogging outside would get me sick. Here's what I eat pretty much every day.

Breakfast: 4 apple slices and Almonds

Snack: Almonds

Lunch: Salad w/ light dressing & a carton of milk

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and a can of tuna (uncooked)

Will I be able to lose weight?

Update:

My Current weight is 200

I dont know my BMI

My goals is to lose 10 pounds every month for 7 months.

Once I reach my goal I will not stop eating healthy because I love it! As well as exercising.

Update 2:

I'm not sure what to eat because Im afraid of eating the wrong thing. Im trying to steer away from junk food and fried foods. Opting for something that can be grilled or baked.

thats like 500 calories. which is fine...if you weigh 40lbs. and i doubt you weigh 40lbs today.

yes you will lose weight. but you won't like the results. why? because you will be losing muscle first. then fat last. plus ur metabolism will slow down. therefore, when u binge eat (and you will cuz you're starving yourself) all that food will be stored as fat.

plus ur exercising a lot. but ur not fueling ur body correctly. so ur body will further burn your muscle up to fuel the cardio. leading to even more pudginess.

    its all bad.

    EDIT:

here's a list of foods for you:

    Protein

    Fish: Salmon, Tuna, Cod

    Eggs

    Chicken breasts

    Cottage cheese

    Milk protien isolates

    Whey-casein blends

    Lean Red Meat

    Carbohydrates

    Vegetables

    Mixed beans

    Low-GI fruits

    Oatmeal/Oat bran

    Mixed-grain bread

    Small amounts of protein-enriched pasta

    Fats

    Flax oil

    EPA/DHA

    Olive oil

    Mixed nuts (no peanuts)

    Fish oil

For active individuals, the other 20% of your daily calories should come from the following sources (in order to enhance your recovery from intense exercise). The liquid meal should come during and after exercise while the second high-carb meal should come about 1-2 hours later.

These are foods to avoid at all costs:

    Proteins

    Fatty meats

    Fatty dairy

    Most lunch meat

    Large amounts of milk

    Large amounts of soy

    Carbohydrates

    Regular bread

    Added sugar

    Most cereals

    Soda

    Fruit juice

    Bagels

    Fruit bars

    Candy

    Fats

    Margarine

    Vegetable oil

    Corn oil

    Heated/fried oil

If you're only starting out, don't do too much at first, as you could injure yourself. 45 minutes of yoga is good, and then one more half-hour session of gentle aerobic exercise today would be fine, so if you're going to swim keep it focused and energetic, so it doesn't need to be too long. Three to five times a week of this is good for the next ten days or so, and then you can start increasing the swimming by five minutes, or go for a longer cycle ride, or whatever. Don't forget that the rest periods in between exercise are also important, so that your body can rebuild stronger tissue.

You do plenty of exercise, but you don't eat enough. You will look sickly if you don't eat enough food. Those are healthy food choices, but you need to throw some more foods in there. Maybe a couple more snack as well, and more lunch.

it seems that you eat very well and the amount of exercise is good

if you keep it constant and don't vary your excersise too much you should be able to losed weight.
