You ever watch someone else fall in love?

Yes, I have, a couple times. The one time, at the time it was happening, it made me not so much a happy camper. The couple I seen falling in love, the male partner was whom I was seeing. It hurt, but who was I to stand in the way, of someone actually falling in love. She could always get him to do things, that I could never seem to get him to do. So more power to her. They let me keep renting a room there. But I felt I was too much in the way, and I was getting homesick for my home town. So I moved, After the hurt and madness wore off, some how we all seemed to still remain good friends.

He passed away a year and a half ago. I went to the funeral. His SO told me that he NEVER stopped thinking about you (me), he was always worried about you.

You know, I believe he is still looking after me, from time to time I see other men that are a spitting image of Mike and different signs that he is near. As I walk by and come too that that person is Mike's twin, or Mike, I say hi Michael! I then look up to the sky and say Thanks Mike! It's kinda eerie, but yet makes me feel good, That is who Mike was, a care taker. He loved taking care of women that was down, and friends.

How do you know they are falling in love? Did you ever think that he's just as hurt as you are, but maybe he's trying to fill that empty space with somebody else? If you were his first girlfriend then you know that everytime they do something together, he compares you to her. Remeber men really are the Master of Disguise. They can hide there emotions better than most women. And if he is hurting he isn't gonna want to show that to you, he's gonna try to move on and put on this front. For how to deal with it... well you say you love him right? well do you really love him, down to the bone? b/c if you really did truly love him, then his happiness would come first. I know where your coming from when you describe these emotions. I went through them recently myself. But I was able to move on, bc I knew I would rather have my X be happy with someone else, than be with me and be unhappy. I'm not saying it was easy. It wasn't but knowing and accepting that made things go more smoothly

This is beautiful beyond measure. I have witnessed this many times, and still wonder when it will be my time. I had a chance, but lost it 10 years ago when my first love died of pneumonia. Maybe someday, that chance will come again. Still trying to separate the thorns from the roses. If that makes any sense!
