If we get travel to England to marry will it be valid back home in the USA?
Some countries' marriages are not recognized by the USA. Panama is one. I wonder if we go to England and get married if that is valid, or does a county in the US have to be involved.

I am an American who moved and married in England.
I had to obtain a Marital Visa in order to get married and move.
Yes, being married in England will be honored by America.
I know that because i decided to Divorce him and move home.
I had to do the divorce through the American court system.
To answer your question, Yes, but make sure you report your marriage to the American Embassy.
And if you plan to move to England, be sure to get a proper Visa.

Did the guy who married the couple have a criminal license in Mexical to marry others, have been the couple of criminal age and consent, replaced into the marriage documented, registered and filed top for later criminal documentation, in different words replaced into it legally known in Mexico, i could call the State Dept. and ask them for the info just to confirm, every person could have claimed to be a priest in Mexico in a chappel for some extra money from travelers. Who is conscious anymore and if could sometime contain settling of an components, it may additionally be fairly worth consulting with an criminal expert.

As far as I know the US now recognizes marriages no matter where you are married.

I'm assuming you're a US citizen? I believe you would still have to get married here, but you can just go and get it done in the courthouse so it's legal.

I would maybe just call your local county clerk's office and ask.
