Good kicking set for a freestyle and butterfly sprinter?
I'm a junior now swimming high school.
My times are (SCY):
100fly - 56.6ish
50Free - 23.1ish
100Free - 51.6ish
What are some good sets kicking without using a kickboard?
Be diverse and creative, I'm sick of streamline kicking on a certain time, I want something more interesting and fun.
Thanks a lot

well if your times are as good as you say they are, that means youve been swimming for a while.
and hence, you should be creative enough to form your own sets.
plus, if you are that good, the sets you do seem to be doing the trick.
