removing curry sauce odor from carpet?
Has anyone managed to remove the smell of curry sauce from their carpet resulting from spillage. If anyone has can you please let me know how you went about it as its proving a pain to remove.

Spill chinese on it...that will give you a new smell!!
Try deofab or neutradol spray if the area is cleaned. Neutradol is great for eliminating whiffs on fabrics I used it to get rid of the smell of doggy carpets in our new house.
Good luck and invest in some trays - they catch spills, easily mopped up by a naan bread!

Is the area free of the curry?
Vacuum well, even leave the vacuum there for a few moments to get deep down.
Use a clean bag in your vacuum to get maximum suction.
Sprinkle baking soda and let it sit for a few hours then re vacuum.
You may have to do this several times.
