how do you make a row in Excel always stay on top?
i've seen several spreadsheets that have this done but I can't figure out how to do it. How do you make it so that one row will always stay visible on top?

If you want row 1 to be on top, select cell A2. Then go to Window --> Freeze Panes.
If you want rows 1 and 2 to be on top, and column A to remain on the right, select cell B3 and select window-->Freeze Panes.
To undo it, just go back to Window and select "unfreeze panes".
