How can I get a 6-Pack?

Like what do I have to do to get a six-pack abs? How many sit ups and all that should I do everyday. And how long do you think it will take before I can get sexy abs lol. That was funny to say XD. But yeah please help I really appreciate it =)

    Do this first thing in the morning when you wake up, one time before lunchtime, and one time before you sleep.

    It will work if you do it properly. This workout gives results pretty fast. You'll see results within about 5 days.

    Your abs will probably hurt bad but thats ok. If you can feel them, then they are working. Stay away from alot of fats. Eat a good amount of protein and drink lots of water. Throughout the course of your day, tense your abs and feel them work. Good luck, work it out!

    Exercise alone is not going to give you great abs or any other defined muscles if you have a high body fat percentage. You have to start a healthy balanced diet, cut down on the starch and sugar, and eat protein (meat, eggs, beans). Personally, I don't like muscular guys, they are too scrawny because of the lack of body fat. Just because you have a little flab doesn't mean you are fat or out of shape.

    in order to have a visible 6 pack you need a body fat of 10% or less. cardio and proper eating lowers bf. You also need to do different ab exercises, and never stick to the same routine, always change what exercises you do. Try leg raises, crunches, situps, alternating situps etc

    do weighted crunches and you will notice a difference way faster i have been doing weighted ab workouts for about three weeks and i am very satisfied with my results. but if not try a medicine ball ab workouts regular sit-ups and crunches suck!

    it takes 1000 crunches to get a siz pack

    crunches actualyl dont do much unless u do them tons like that lol
