Are we better dead than red?

i don't know, but I do find purple a real wonderful color.

I think the question probably refers to the red state/blue state question which was answered in the recent election. Seems red lost out with the majority of people, I guess people don't want to be red!

I could put a long and eloquent response to this question, instead, I will merely quote those who were wiser and better informed than I am in this respect:
