is vitamin water really better than juice drinks?

what i've been drinking lately is propel, i dunno if the name's the same in all countries but it's the vitamin water brand of gatorade. it says calorie-free, but it says there's 10.8 Energy (Kcal) per 300ml serving. and it tastes just a little less sweet than juice drinks. plus it's clear, so i guess there's no food coloring here. but is it really better?

Update:

i already drink a lot of water. i drink about 12 glasses a day, each about 350ml, which to me is kind of a punishment as i like variety in my drinks.

Yeah, it is actually pretty good for you. But don't completely cut out juices.
