You do not mention the cause of your hyperuricemia (high uric acid). There are many different diseases that cause it.
Are you producing too much uric acid? Why?
Are your kidneys not excreting enough uric acid? Why not?
Your doctor should find out and treat the underlying disease.
Have you been offered allopurinol?
This is a medication that lowers uric acid levels.
You also do not mention any medication to treat gouty arthritis except Indocin (a powerful and dangerous anti-inflammatory). Have you been offered colchicine? It is a gold-standard gout medicine used both for treatment and prevention.
If any of the above investigations or treatments are news to you, please return to your doctor's office immediately and ask about them.
Below is a reliable site for information about gout (the CDC)

well you have to have a diet of not se food or red meat you have to eat well done meat, and I use alluprinol.if you eat sea food o not eat this every week, fish is ok, or maybe a Lobster every two month, and alluprinol one table a day, this is to avoid the inflammation of the joints.
