You may have a corrupted CMOS values settings. The BIOS ROM chip on the motherboard is probably faulty or It could also be another component on the motherboard.
here are the things that you can do:
1. try to reset you cmos settings
2. try cleaning your ram. you may have a bad RAM, or Dirty RAM contacts, or even dirty RAM slot.
3. download the latest bios version for your motherboard

sounds like the bios in your bored is screwed. You'll ether have to purchase a new bios chip (10-50$) or buy a new motherboard.
