You may not believe she's a great politician, but i certainly consider her a great woman. She had the courage and confidence to stand up and say, "Yes, I'm hurt, yes, I'm embarrassed, and yes, I wish it hadn't happen. But I love him, and I'm willing to forgive him." (NOT an actual quote...just my interpretation...)

She didn't cave in to her anger and humiliation- she stood up, and tried to forgive him. I can admire that.

She "let" him get oral sex? How exactly did you expect her to stop him?

Oh, and she didn't abandon her marriage or the father of her child simply because he got sucked off by an intern? Horrendous! What a terrible person she must be to put her marriage and relationship before a meaningless sex act! What kind of public servant would she be, with that kind of value system????

Oh, I wish instead that we had a REAL woman, like Sarah Palin for example, who's daughter doesn't know how to spell "condom", who's husband doesn't want to be an American, and who thinks that Adam and Eve rode dinosaurs around the garden of Eden about 6000 years ago. Now THAT'S a statesman!
