No, this is far from small, for you're on the high side of average for an adult male and you still have about 7 years left to grow. The average adult male penis is about 5-6 inches and you're that now. You have nothing to worry about, for if you don't' grow anymore, you'll be able to easily pleasure a girl, for the average depth of the female vaginal cavity is about 5-6 inches also, but some women can take more, some less.
