I have had complete nasal congestion for a year now non-stop. I have tried everything! Please help?!?

I have been to the doctor and they assure me that it is an allergy that will subside, but after a whole year of no breathing out of my nose I am losing hope. I have tried medications, nasal irrigations, and removing anything in my home that I could possibly be allergic to. I am out of ideas and would like to know if anyone has any advice they could give me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, one whole year of congestion is not good. I don't know if I have the answer but you must start to think out of the box to get well. I hope the doctor is an ear, nose throat specialist.

it may sound like old wives tale but its a good indian remedy

lightly burn some cloves, they should be burned not charred and then inhale the smoke.

be careful coz the smell is very pungent, and it will singe your eyes

    but its good

repeat at least twice a day

This could be serious. Go to a different doctor, like in a walk-in clinic.
