Eh, if you're at your computer anyway, hitting refresh a few times before it goes through isn't such a big deal. I'm interested to see just how many people end up with a free Dr. Pepper.

i'm having the same issues also, that's what happens when Dr. Pepper makes an one day only thing for the free Dr. Pepper. i remember a while back Coca-Cola did the same thing with Coke Zero, to celebrate the Coke 400 (the NASCAR July Daytona race that was the Pepsi 400 until this year.) but instead of one day, they made last an couple of weeks because they knew that the Coca-cola website servers would crash. so Dr. Pepper may have to extend this promotion due to website issues.

i tried a few times and nothing, called the number and busy. I seriously wouldn't doubt they only let a certain amount of people an hour though. their strategy may just be to have enough people get the free bottles to say they did honor their word. but in all reality not honoring their word to the fullest. just seems odd is all that they would make the promise then only so many people get though each hour.
CORRECTION: I still think they are only letting a few people though each hour, but I just got through. Now, only 4-6 weeks till I enjoy a free one, until then I will enjoy ones I paid for.

Yea its rreally really slow, but i believe there is a phone number you can call. Below is the page to bypass the intro page and the number to call and register (I got right through on the phone number and you can register more than one person by phone at once, just have to have their name and email address).
Keyboard accessible is the ability to navigate the site with your keyboard if you cannot use/do not have a mouse.
The page to goto, to skip the opening DR. Pepper intro page is
http://www.drpepper.com/freeDrPepper/?icamp=hp_dpf...
In addition the phone number is as follows
(800) 696-5891

I've tried everything. I've tried three different browsers (IE, Firefox, and SeaMonkey) with zero luck! I tried their number, 1-800-696-5891 and it was BUSY!!! I got a compliant through on their contact page, but who knows if it really worked or if I'll get anything out of it. I am SO FRUSTRATED! At this point my advice would be to give up...or maybe that's what they want you to do...

It finally worked for me. Good luck.
