Who is providing Taleban with arms and weapons in Afghanistan and in Pakistan's tribal areas?

i dont know about taliban in afghan side but india is providing money to taliban in pakistan! many arrested have even accepted it!

whats the point in 17 counslates along pak border by india ?

oh and afghan taliban do not need anyone to sponser- they have lots of poppy to cash in!

They rely mostly on left-over arms and weapons from the Soviet invasion. I believe Iran is supply them with some weapons also.
