Bi-racial child that looks caucasion? Is it possible?

I have a Caucasian friend who is married to a bi-racial man (African American and Caucasian.) They have two children. Their oldest is a little girl. She looks very much bi-racial. She has a beautiful medium complexion, dark hair and dark eyes. The youngest is a baby. He looks full Caucasian, blonde hair and blue eyes. The Mom is a natural dark blonde with blue eyes and the Dad is dark hair and green eyes. He has a light complexion. Whats the likely hood of two children, from the same parents to look totally different? Do you know of two kids of bi-racial parents that look nothing alike? Or does this sound a little fishy?

I am the proud aunt to two adorable bi-racial children, a 4 year old girl and a 1 year old boy. Their girl father is dark skinned-African American and my sister, their mother, is fair with blonde hair and brown eyes. My beautiful niece was born with light skin, fine, blonde hair and has grown into a lovely light skinned, blonde little girl. The youngest, a boy, has darker skin, darker hair and big brown eyes.

It is absolutely possible for this to occur naturally.

And, to the man who answered quite rudely - this isn't Nazi Germany or the Confederate South. Get a life and stop being such a jerk.

Naw , genetics are unpredictable. Like my family..

My oldest brother is really light skinned, blue eyes, and hair that turns blonde in the sun.

My other older brother..well he looks like a darker skinned Mexican. His eyes change colors.

I'm light-medium skinned, green eyes, & a mixed type hair.

Youngest brother has darker skin, really dark brown eyes, and tight curls.

It's possible to have kids that look completely different and have the same parents. Not every child is going to get the same traits. & since the father is mixed it makes it even more confusing.

    ImHotep,

There is only one race...the HUMAN RACE! Within that race there are thousands of ethnic groups. All human life originated in Ethiopia, Black Africa. All human beings including those who classify themselves as "White" have lots of African genetic makeup and they have African ancestry.

If a person who is half White and half black married a woman who is 100% white than their children could be any color from Jet Black to Snow white as you indicated in this case. Two black people can have a White person and they often do. Have you seen albinos? Thney are as White as Milk and they can have two Black parents, or any combination thereof.

I would stop worrying about your friends if I were you before you lost them. As long as they are happy with their children, there is no need for you to be snooping around, trying to start something as you appear to be doing. :-)

Go get your own Black man, and see what kind of children you have with him.

    AmenRa

My niece is mixed and looks white. Blonde hair/blue eyes and all that. But her hair started getting kinky at age 2 as you will likely see in the little boy. And remember, he's only 1/4 black so there are more white genes in there than black.

If the child's dad is half Black and the mom is White, that does not make the child biracial. A biracial child is half and half. That child would be only a quarter Black, which explains the caucasoid appearance.

Depending on my feeling (and there are many, just such as my personalities) I feel that heading from black hair to blonde will be like- BAM! in your face, observe me- here I am, is this specific not the greatest thing you have got ever seen.

I know this guy who was black and got his gf pregnant, his baby looks exactly like the mom and nothing like him. White, red hair, blue eyes, lol you would think she cheated...or maybe she did!

There was a story/article about these two twins that looked completely different one black, the other looked white. It happens...

Seems like the case is most biracial kids (white and black)always end up having more black features and less caucasian features. My brothers two sons are half black and they look like little Obamas.

    - With genetics it is very possible but those kids are not biracial; they are 75% white so the fact that one came out looking 100% white is no surprise

Whatever looks best on a person is what they should wear. As for my taste in men, I usually go for brunettes from several reason, never gingers and rarely dirty blonde hair.
