How can 25 life sentences = 19.5 years?

a prisoner is eligible to apply for parole only after serving his minimum period which is here 19.5 years. as i know usually this is when he's sentenced to life, so if they're assured he's no harm to the public after that period he might be released. and i guess at his age 56 another 20 years he might not even be alive then.

If the sentences were given to run in concurrence with each other, add to that the established minimum time for review to be paroled and that is how it equals a minimum 19.5 years.

If he behaves very well and shows signs of rehabilitation, then he will be released on parole after 19.5 years. If he was released I think he would be more likely to get killed by haters rather than actually cause any harm though (as it was only his daughters he targeted).

The sentence only states that he can only apply for parole after serving 19 and a half years.

It doesn't mean he is going to be freed after this time.

I agree - I have a feeling on review this will be extended - this is one of the worst things I have ever read - I couldn't get to the end I felt that sick.

The guy is sick, and deserves to serve his full sentence - and also requires psychiatric help.

nah even though he was sentenced for 25 life sentences, he comes up for parole after one sentence.

Dont even worry about it....Rapists in prison will die atleast by the 2nd year theya re there. My brother was in prison for 10 years for murder...and he said the initiation into most of the gangs there is tot arget the rappists...and once you hurt...or kill one of them...your involved with the gang.
