Problems with my computer?

Question

I have been told by my server that I have a worm and I have tried everything to fix it. I tried Spybot, Windows safety scanner, ect. I would like to find a free online tool to scan and fix my problems. SBC says they will fix for $ 140.00, level 2  tech support tried and said I need the pro's to fix this. I only want answers from those who know what they are talking about, Thanks.

You need to know what worm you have...and what do you mean you have been told by your server that you have a worm?

malwarebytes is a pretty good tool
