Roleplayers/gamers? I need help.?

I'm a roleplayer from way back. Sex scenes were never part of my gaming group - probably because I gamed mostly with family.

But if my BF was doing RP sex online I'd be concerned too.

Does he hide it from you, or not spend enough time with you, or blow you off for last minute rp sessions? If he doesn't I'd be less inclined to think there is a problem.

To a degree yes, you are, because you have to figure that it is role-playing. If they are acting out scenes that you and your bf might not do, that would explain it. Some people have fantasies, which range from the normal(food in bed) to the exotic (whips and chains), and those fantasies are sometimes things the partner does not want to share because they feel that the other person might not be comfortable with it. But truly if you feel like it's cheating, then bring it up, tell him it makes you feel uncomfortable be honest.

Wasn't there a story on the news recently about a woman killing her cheating husband over the same thing? This is a nerds version of cyber$ex. Yes he's cheating. Ask him if he'd be ok with you doing the same stuff with a guy online. Guys are pigs sometimes.

No, you should not be mad. Sometimes gamers do things in games because they can't and won't do them outside of the game. Oftentimes, us gamers do things that seem wrong in a game just to see how it affects the game. Also, it could be that your bf is the kind of guy who finds sexual jokes and acts funny. Until he starts going out with other girls without you, I wouldn't worry.

Do you think you're overacting? Has he stopped talking to you as much because of this? Is this something he was doing before he met you or something more recent?

If you trust him, it should be an issue of concern.. but only a slight concern. If you don't trust him, you shouldn't be with him.

nope. it is considered cheating. what you can do is let him catch you doing the same thing and see how he reacts.
