Sure, blood sugar can drop below 70 within 13-16 hours. If you want really good information go to the American Diabetic Association and your will get the what you need for your paper.

Only a person with diabetes will have a blood sugar fluctuation like this. Normally a healthy person can maintain a reasonable blood sugar level on a fast by pulling from stored fats and sugars. Keep in mind too long with out water or food and anyone will die.

if you are constantly active and eat absolutely nothing, then yes, it drops significantly
