Any suggestions on advanced work out DVD's I can use?
I have just taken a home based job which is going to keep me from going to the gym as often as I'd like in conjunction with college courses. I have a step aerobics work out which is great, but now it is boring me! LOL! Are there any other alternative DVD's out there that are advanced? I don't want that easy to start workouts for beginners. I like to challenge myself.
I want to use one as a suggestion for a christmas gift to me. Any suggestions?

Why not try the Dancing with the Stars wok out? It seems like LOTS of fun and great for flexibility.
