xBox 360 wireless adaptor help?
well, i am getting an Xbox 360 and although i could plug it into my router, i don't want to stretch 200 feet of cable through my house.
i don't want to lag while i am on xBox live and am wondering how well the adapter works, and if it is worth the 99 bucks for it.
i have a new model netgear wireless router and comcast high speed internet, so i know this is possible.
any help would be great, thanks

When I had my wireless adapter, it worked from about 40 feet away through 4 walls and a staircase just fine.
Ive never really had too many problems with them, just when you hook it up you need your passcode for your router/modem to make it work, which in my case usually gets lost somewhere...
But yeah, totally worth the cash. I dont think ethernet cables work very well over 100ft anyways, we always had problems when doing LAN parties with cables over 100ft.

particular there are instant adaptors that are greater low-priced than that. Few of the companies that manufacture instant adaptors are Netgear, Linksys, Belkin etc. Very familiar ones are Netgear and Linksys. yet am no longer very effective with regards to the fee of each and each physique by means of fact there are a good variety of fashions accessible. working example, in Netgear we are able to get WPN111, WPN111T, etc..
