has he been outside that he could have been hit by a car or has he been jumping up and down off things he could have hurt it that way

I've seen this before in some horses and if he looks like he is almost changing his gait his hocks could be fusing together, which happens sometimes in a horse. I'm not really sure, but since he is three that seems strange. My other opinion could be maybe growth? Or a pulled tenden. There isn't always swelling in a pulled tenden but can be heat, you should check for head in that leg. hope this helps

It could be a spinal injury and if she is pregnant, this would make it very difficult for her to give birth.Take her to the vet and get her checked out and have her spayed while you're at it to end the pregnancy. If you have to ask a bunch of strangers what is wrong with your "maybe" pregnant dog, then you have NO business bringing more puppies into the world.

How recently did it have its shots? You need to be careful about having shots too close together. In some case it can case paralyses of the hind legs. I'm not saying this is what happened but something everyone needs to be aware of. I saw a show where they rehabilitated dogs in this condition.

If she drags her hind legs sporadically, then there is no probabilty of paralysis.
It could be that she is scratching or massaging her underbelly. (Does she do this on smooth or rough surfaces) ? What is the condition of the skin on her underbelly ? Is there any possibility that she may have fleas ? (If you shampoo her too often, the underbelly skin may become dry and itchy).

cockers are known for spinal injuries, need to get it treated before it causes permanent damage

Sounds like either spinal cord or neurological (brain) damage. Go to the vet immediately or it can get worse.

She could be scratching her stomach on the floor; or, it could be more serious. If it continues, see the vet.

She's done for.
Place some steak out in the middle of the alley and run her over.
No fus, no mus.
