National Guard OCS Administrative Promotion?

IF YOU ARE NOT A NATIONAL GUARD SOLDIER DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT IT!!!!

OK, so in the past when you attended State OCS you would be administratively promoted to E-6 for pay on your training weekends. If you were on ADSW orders working full time in the guard and attending OCS on the weekends, common sense tells me you just got yourself a pay raise during your full time job. This is the main reason they do no administratively promote AGR soldiers, but no one has ever said anything about ADSW. Anyone ever seen this happen???

Update:

I know, and agree, but for all intents and purposes a soldier on ADSW is in fact a M day soldier

I went to National Guard OCS when I was an E5 on title 10 active duty. Unless you are a traditional m-day National Guardsman, there will be no administrative promotion and you will have to endure getting smoked at your current pay rate.
