Does anyone know of a secured credit card out there that reports to the credit agencies as an unsecured card?

I have already contacted the following

BOA

Navy Federal

Citi WAMU (discontinued anyway)

NCSECU

So far I have not found any, but I know that they are out there.

WHen you mobilized as a single soldier, and submitted the DA Form 5960 for BAH, you had to turn in a lease, mortgage or rental agreement. Did your finance people require any LEASE to be notarized, or did they accept whatever you turn in. BAH for a mobing guardsman will be paid out per whatever zipcode is on that form.

My understanding of the requirment is that rental agreements (simple memorandums) must be notarized, but actual leases are fine. however...I also saw something else state that anything on plain everyday white paper must be notarized.

Your experiences please.

OK, so in the past when you attended State OCS you would be administratively promoted to E-6 for pay on your training weekends. If you were on ADSW orders working full time in the guard and attending OCS on the weekends, common sense tells me you just got yourself a pay raise during your full time job. This is the main reason they do no administratively promote AGR soldiers, but no one has ever said anything about ADSW. Anyone ever seen this happen???

Is the the paygrade of O-1E senior to the paygrade of a regular O-1? Please, only the knowledgable need to answer.
