Secured Credits Cards and Credit Report?

Does anyone know of a secured credit card out there that reports to the credit agencies as an unsecured card?

I have already contacted the following

BOA

Navy Federal

Citi WAMU (discontinued anyway)

NCSECU

So far I have not found any, but I know that they are out there.

You're going to have a hard time finding a card that reports as unsecured, but regardless, if the card reports, it's going to be good for your score. Just use a card as a secured card for at least 1 - 2 years, and you should see a nice little increase.

I looked at a website called findsecuredcards, and found that Applied Bank, as well as New Millennium Bank both report to the credit agencies.

Many years ago Capital One offered this program but no longer sets these up and only honor those who were in the original program, this may be what you are thinking about.

I have not found any secured credit card companies that are legitimate that will report your secured card as an unsecured one.
