Yes it does.
White, green, oolong, and black/red tea are all from the same plant. Teh differences on when they are harvested and how they are prepared. Oolong is somewhere between green which has 30mg per serving and black/red which has 50mg per serving.

Black Tea has about half as much caffeine as coffee...Green Tea about 25%...Oolong is halfway between green and black..so yes..but not much

White, Green, Oolong, Black/Red teas are not all from the same plant.
Black Tea is firmented tea either white or green.
All Tea has caffeine in it.

I used to always wonder that since I drink it usually after late nights at local Chinese restaurants. I found that it is more like a chamomile tea, whereas it is to assist in the digesting food in to offset any indigestion.
