no. go to the doctor, those are serious conditions that need immediate attention.

Advil may help with muscle pain if that is what you are having and will keep you lucid. But there isn't much you can do for bone pain. A heating pad on low may also help. For me when the weather pattern changes (for me it is low pressure systems) nothing helps until the front passes. Not much you can do. Some stretching (with your daughter) may also help relieve some pressure.

Not a good idea.
Try to regenerate the bulging disc with Stemgevity. This will help. A good way to rid a bone spur is IV chelation.
