    Well, I know "Tempus Fugit" is "time flies". "Memento" I believe has to do with "Memory" or "Remember".

    So going by the context clues, I would make an educated guess and say the translation would be something like:

    Remember, life is short and time flies. Os something similar.

    I could of course, be wrong. Good luck figuring it out!

    It is Latin

    Vita brevis means short life

    memento means remember

    tumps fugit means time flees

    So it would translate as

    "Life is short, remember time flees (flies)"
