I would agree with the above answerer .. except that while libraries with English books are, of course, readily avaliable in English speaking countries .. If this person doesn't live in an English speaking country it might not be possible to just up and go to a library to rent English language books. I actually hate kindle devices but when I head back to the States for a visit I'm going to buy one because it's very expensive to buy English language books where I live, and the libraries have books in their native toungue .. naturally. As for the question. Well I really don't know, I'm sorry. It seems they have a pretty tight grasp on online books .. Probably because downloading music became so easy they were determined to not let this happen with books. It's a shame they don't just offer free books for download! I mean seriously I think it would get more people interested in reading and that's a good thing! We need to promote reading .. because many, many people just have no interest in it (Which is such a shame) ~

This is the best site my friend. And its free from adwares and malwares. The site is clean unlike most manga download sites. It is all translated in English. It also has a manga reading part just in case you want to preview some manga. The downloads are per chapter and it is indicated whether a manga is completed (finished to the end, no to be continued).
