37 weeks and horrible Braxton Hicks at night..?

Does anyone else seem to have horrible Braxton Hicks contractions only at night? Anyone else being woken up by them, thinking you are in labor only to realize they are not regular and then eventually go away?

I had this with my daughter. I thought I was in labor several times!

When having contractions before the due date, the doctor told me to take a warm bath/shower to relax. The other thing was to take some Benedryl or tylenol...I can't remember which one right now (sorry!). The point of it was to relax the uterus and stop the Braxton Hicks contractions.

If they ever continue without stopping, or are too much to handle...go in or call your doctor!

Congratulations on your soon to be here little girl!

yes, I have had it for the last few weeks. I wish I could figure out why they are so painful and wake me up at night because I'm fine during the day.
