My employer cut me from full time to three days a week? Am I eligible to collect unemployment for the partial week that I won't be earning.

Yes, you can get partial unemployment. It depends on how much money you make. For example if you make $500 a week & unemployment benefits are $320 a week & now with the cut you will make only $300 a week you can only get the amount up to the limit of unemployment so you would get $20. I hope that makes sense.

Depends on your state. Here in Arizona, which is not a good unemployment state, if you earn more than $240 in a week, you won't be eligible for UE. But if you earn below that on shorter hours, you can collect up to $240 total, from work earnings and UE.

It's possible; every state law is different. I think you have to be under 22 hours in most states, assuming all other qualifiers have been met. Check the Employment Security or Department of Labor webpages for your state or just call them

    In my state no.

AND ONE THING FOR ALL PEOLE WHO HAVE MORE THAN 1 JOB.

Say you work full-time at job A 40hrs and 10hrs at job B. Job A says you are getting laid off in a week. If you continue to work at job B - YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT!!!

Again, it varies by state. But, for many people, you are better off to immediately quit your part-time job when you find out a full-time job is letting you go!!!

It varies state to state - check your local labor & industries website. In my state if hours are reduced, you can collect unemployment.

    Are you employed?

The answer is yes, you are. The answer to your question is, no you cannot collect unemployment.

Time to look for a 2nd job or one that will give you fulltime hours.
