Yes, you can get partial unemployment. It depends on how much money you make. For example if you make $500 a week & unemployment benefits are $320 a week & now with the cut you will make only $300 a week you can only get the amount up to the limit of unemployment so you would get $20. Depends on your state. Here in Arizona, which is not a good unemployment state, if you earn more than $240 in a week, you won't be eligible for UE. But if you earn below that on shorter hours, you can collect up to $240 total, from work earnings and UE.
