Does it cost extra do get into the different Disney World Parks?

I'm going to Disney World this Christmas, and I want to go to all the Disney Parks. Does it cost extra to get into the other ones? I am getting free passes to the complex, but I am still wondering. All answers welcome!

Update:

The only parks I'm talking about is Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. I'm not going to Sea World, or anything like that. Only the above mentioned parks.

All tickets will let you in to any park - the 4 different parks do not cost different amounts or have park-specific tickets. So if you have a Disney World ticket, you may choose which of the 4 parks you want to go to. Depending on what kind of pass you have, you may be able to go between different parks in the same day. Usually, free passes don't allow this, however.

For the person who said Magic Kingdom and Epcot are the same - not true. All the parks are totally different.

this applies to the four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Epcot and Magic Kingdom are connected by a monorail but they are NOT the same park and each requires its own ticket or a park hopper pass. I did not include water parks, indoor theme park or anything else because you said you only wanted information on the four theme parks only. ticket information bellow.

normally you get what is called a "base" ticket. (around $75) that gets you in to ONE park on one day. if you have several "base tickets", then you could use one, per day, per park. otherwise you have a couple of options.

buying the Park Hopper Option. this allows you to go to more than one park per day. technically you could go to all four parks but you would probably spend a total of two hours just getting between parks.

since they are free passes, i don't know if you can purchase the park hopper option. best bet is to talk to whoever is giving you the passes. if they are just buying regular passes and giving them to you, then yes you can. if you are getting passes from a cast member then it might be a different story so check with them.

If you are getting the park hopper pass then it will not cost you extra to go from park to park. If you want to do everything there you would need a month, the best thing to do is go for a week so you have a day and half for each park then one day to go back and do things you missed or to check out downtown disney/ the waterpark that is open. It will get crowded really close to 24-26, then should slow down until the 30.

Have fun, I know I did except for when you are in a crowd and everybody is thinking about their own selves and walk right infront of you or sit in front of you then stand up.

All 4 parks have the same pricing structure. What you have to find out is if your "free pass" is valid at one-park or is a park hopper. If it is a Park-Hopper it will get you into every park for the length of time the ticket is valid for(1 day, 2 days...).

If it is a one-park ticket you can go to any single park but you will have to pay extra to get into the other parks. It depends on if the ticket you have has any exchange value. If it does have an exchange value you just need to pay the difference between that value and the ticket you are upgrading to(park hopper, additional days...). If there is no exchange value then to go to the other parks it is just like buying a regular ticket.

The Disney water parks have a different price structure than the main parks. If those parks are of interest of you, then you need to ask who you are getting the free passes from about them as well.

Yes, however the Magic Kingdom and Epcot are the same. The studios are extra.

Yes, it does cost to enter each one. It is one price for Magic Kingdom then another price for Sea World etc.
