Starting my own Smoothie Business?
I have recently decided to start my own smoothie business I am wondering what are some GREAT smoothie flavors that I could try and if you have the recipe that would be great too.
Also, I am creating more like a smoothie bar where it will be more modern but with brighter colors (not the slick black & white style but more vivid colors)
This will be located in a mall. I an thinking about when you walk in it will be a straight shot back to where the counter and stuff will be; one side will contain a long bar type seating where seats will be available on both sides (yes it will be wide enough for people to be on both side without invading each others personal space.) The other side will have the "traditional" seating. (that's as far as I have gotten)

In a mall, square footage is expensive. I wouldn't dedicate too much space to seating as most people will get their smoothie and continue shopping.
Use the space more wisely to provide additional items and other ways to increase your income.
In most malls, not only do they charge you a price per sq ft, but they also take a percentage of your sales. Try to get a smaller space to keep your overhead down.
