It depends on your definition of a "religious experience". If being close enough to a religious book to tear out a page is the closest you've ever come to religion then maybe. But actually sucking on a smoking page stuffed with marijuana probably won't work. Religious experiences require mental fortitude and an inquiring mind; they do not occur through smokey osmosis.
