How well do ovulation predictors work?
My husband and I have been trying for for about 9 months or so. I don't have a regular cycle so counting days isn't an option really. I don't seem to have a consistent temp...EVER! So that too seems out of the question. I can't seem to even detect CM, so that's probably not the best route for me.
Numerous people have been suggesting the use of an ovulation predictor, but my question is how accurate are they. Please tell me how long you have been trying as well as when you started to use one and once you started using one, how fast were you able to conceive?

With my first child, we started using the opk the second month, and got pregnant. For this pregnancy, I used the opk the second month, miss judged the start day of my period and didn't conceive. So I bought another kit and got pregnant. I'm due August 2. I swear by them. The store brands work just as well as the name brand. Good luck and tons of baby dust to you!!

Judging by what you said, you should try OPKs. I have the same problems...I have erratic BBT [mostly due to irregular sleeping/waking schedules] and my cycles stay regular for 2 months, but then go to some weird number the next month. I might start using OPKs as well. Good luck and baby dust.
