First off lifting weights does not stunt your growth at all so lift as much as you want

Human growth is decided on your genes from your parents. If your dad is say 5'10, you are probably going to be around that height range unless you have other really tall or short relatives

Your height was decided before you were born and cant really do anything about it but eating nutritious will help your athleticism and make you a better basketball player

You could be the next Chris Paul!!!!!!!!!!

The pattern for losing those extra pounds is not difficult - consume less and move more - the issues appear when we really try to put that into practice! There are lots of opportunities to fail out there don't you think?! I discovered some splendid information by reading the web portal in the box below, they have lots of tips, I melted away 6 pounds by doing as they advised.

I stopped growing around 16 or 17, but it's different for everybody. There's not a whole lot you can do to grow taller, its mostly based on the genetics of your family.

You may or may not grow only your body can tell. I am short too and it's not that bad.
