Yes!
This movie is obviously a classic and shouldn't be put into the wrong hands. However, I think Tim Burton is just the guy for the job. And when he and Depp get together: magic!
I feel this movie will live up to the hype.

Yes, no, maybe so. I'm not sure. Personally I love Disney's animated classic Alice in Wonderland. Tim Burton has also made some fine films. However, as of late, he has made some horrible ones. Planet of the Apes, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. He got back on track with Sweeney Todd though and some of the casting decisions excite me. Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter should be good.
So yes I am excited about this, I think Burton will get the atmosphere just right. Hopefully he can restrain himself though, he can be a bit too much for me at times.
