Is there any possible way to look skinnier in a week?

I'm going to a holiday party next Saturday, and I want to look thinner by then. Is there any safe way to do this?

    Eat healthy and exercise. Eat salads, fruits, vegetables, non-fat yogurt, lean meats like fish and chicken, and lay off the sodium (salt). Also, drink the minimum amount of water recommended by doctors (8 glasses a day) in order to prevent water retention. Also, don't cut out dairy and sweets entirely. They both can be eaten in moderation, but make sure you don't eat too much! Also, try not to drink sodas and soft drinks. These can be considered as 'empty calories' since they don't do anything for your body except give it extra sugar. Prefer light or non-sugar sodas, or water or green tea instead.

    For exercise: Do from 30 to 45 minutes of your favorite sport a day, or get outside and run! Put your iPod on high and go out for a jog. You could also get a family member or a friend that lives nearby to go exercise with you, so you're more likely to stay committed to your routine. Also, try to push yourself. Set a goal and get to it, for example, running around the block two times without stopping. Even if you have a nasty side stitch, keep going, because it will help you get your heart rate up and boost your fitness level!

    I know that this may seem like a lot, but you can do it with just a little effort and motivation. If you'll follow this for a week, you'll be skinnier and happier. Good luck!

    Well you probably won't be able to BE much skinnier in one week, but you will be able to LOOK skinnier. If you reduce your water weight it will make quite a difference. And the way to do that is drink water!! As much as you possibly can every day until the day of the party. It will help you look and feel less bloated and seem slimmer. Of course, you are only losing water weight and not fat so results aren't permanent but it should help. If all else fails, control top nylons or other body slimming suck-em-in things work wonders!

    I know you probably dont wish to hear this right now but sorry no solution that i am aware of. If you find a good one that does not involve starving yourself try it. It could help, but probobly not in a weeks time. In the mean time watch your diet and exercise twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. If you have Wii Fit this could be a good idea too. Ive lost over 6 punds off of this product. Your lossing weight while having fun and playing games. You might want to look into this product. You wont be disappointed.

    Not really, sorry. The best advice I can give is to wear clothes that play up your best features and draw attention away from parts of you that you find too fat. Wearing black can make you look thinner tool. There's always those shape-control bodywear things too....

    attempt the specific ok foodstuff ordinary. 2 weeks, breakfast and lunch cereal with low fat milk and then a healthful dinner. no eating overdue and no risky snacks. additionally drink water with lemon, sturdy detox. As for risky, not something is properly worth that aside from arrogance.

  • just do as many cruches/ situps/ lundges (any workout really) as you can. and watch what you eat, like hold back on the salt. it makes you bloat. good luck!
