I get cold really easily, how can I increase my tolerance of cold? ?
I get cold very easily. Even when I'm wearing jeans, shirt, hoodie, and a thick winter coat, I am still cold when I am outside. I don't expect to be perfectly warm, but I expect to be slightly cold, not to the point that it really bothers me and I really really want to go outside. So how can I increase my tolerance of cold?

I get cold easily too and even when im at work indoors. I've recently decided to try long underwear. Not my dad's kind of long johns mind you but Duofold makes active underwear for sports and they are thinner than the old type your parents may have made you wear. Its not expensive like undergear either. The duofold originals, outdoors, or thermals should be able to keep you warm and not sweaty in these cooler months.
I'm gonna try the vitamin E thing too!
Good luck!

DO NOT increase vitamin E like the guy above just said, that would be the worst thing you could do, vitamin E thins your blood & will make you even colder.

I live on farm and have to go out in all weather year round. Recommend more socks , long underwear or sweatpants under jeans. Gloves and scarfs.

Layers of clothing. Preferably not synthetic like polyprops, but merino fleece so you can breathe.
Look at diet and increase your Vitamin E. Boost your immune system. Consider learning a martial art or t'ai chi to 'rev up' your chi energy so it can circulate better.
