2002 Honda Accord SE O2 Sensor #1 Heater Failure Code?

I have replaced the O2 Sensor, first with an after market sensor and then with one from the dealer. This code keeps coming back up within seconds of starting the car. Is there possibly a fuse somewhere (if so, where is it) that also needs to be checked/replaced for the heater element of the O2 Sensor to work properly? It is a 4 cylinder. There are 2 sensors. Sensor 1 is the one in the front (before the catalytic converter). Sensor 2 is the one on the back of the engine (after the catalytic converter). The code number is P1167. Specific Description: HO2S Sensor 1 Heater Failure.

Update:

I have disconnected the battery and I have also reset the code with a diagnostic scanner but the code will not stay off. It just keeps coming back on.

Update 2:

36531-PAA-305 is the correct part number of the sensor that I installed.

you could have problems with the wiring harness or a ground that the oxy sensor plugs into. also, are you sure you got the right sensor? i found a honda part #36531-PAA-305

disconnecting the battery wouldn't have any effect on that year of car. i would still look for maybe a melted/damaged wire or corrosion on the harness that o2 sensor plugs into. you may want to find more repair info related to the o2 circuit, such as a relay or component like that interfering with the voltage in the circuit.

    you need to reset computer

pull negative cable off battery wait a few minutes, then put it back on, that will get rid of light, have an odb scanner reset codes as well

I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota and the same thing was happening. The fuse was blown and i replace it. It was under the hood in the fuse box.
