Is Christianity based on the ravings of madmen?

Consider :

1. Abraham sought to sacrifice his son Isaac, believing that is what God told him to do.

2. Jesus was claimed to be the "only begotten" (born of sexual union) son of God - a metaphysical entity. Can such things have DNA?

3. Jesus says he is God - "I and the Father are one".

4. Paul claims to have a vision of Jesus in the desert (on the road to Damascus). Then he produces a theology that turns Jesus' teaching on upside down.

    God did tell Abraham.

Jesus was not born of a sexual union.

Jesus did not claim to be God. He did claim deity. Big difference. But then you don't accept the Trinity.

Paul did see Jesus and all the early Church (both as recorded in the Apostolic meetings, in Peter's commendation of Paul in his epistle, and in the Church's canonization of his writings) agrees that not only did he not turn it upside down, he was the best reporter of it. St Thomas Aquinas says all of Scripture is contained in the Psalms and the writings of St Paul.

    1. Abraham offered his son as asked, he knew even before Isaac was bound that God wouldn't let his son die...

    2. Jesus was not born out of a sexual union between God and Mary...Mary was a virgin until the birth of Christ and her marriage to Joseph was consummated...

    3. That's His claim...Prove Him wrong if you think you can...

    4. Paul never contradicted any of Jesus' teachings..He confirmed them...

Is this question asked by a madman with a low iq or just a madman without a iq? And is this writing based on him looking for something to do with his weekend?

Is E=MC2 proven? Can scientists agree over what happened to the Egyptians and where they are from? Can scientists agree on dark matter and black holes? ;o)

Ah, the joys of making up my own mind :p

Pauls teaching were directly from the Holy Spirit and Jesus choose Paul- handpicked him. I dare to presume Jesus would not pick him if he was going to turn his teachings upside down. So, please, stop spreading lies about Paul.

I suppose the Christians will call you a troll.

    They just don't like facts.

    Good points there!
