Baby shower presents?

I wasn't going to have a baby shower this time round as its my second baby and basically I have everything (from before or already bought new).

My best friend last night announced that she is throwing me a baby shower and asked what she could tell people to get as gifts. Yikes!!

Any ideas?? I have all the clothes and toys i could possibly need. Its really sweet of her and my friends to do this and I suggested that maybe we should just go out for lunch and not have presents but my best friend insisted.

Any ideas would be great!

    Diapers you could never have enough. Clothes in bigger sizes (6mo. and up). Just think about stuff that the baby will need once he/she is bigger.

    A diaper shower is a great idea! She could assign people to buy different sizes and the most creative presentation of the diapers would win a prize!

    dont you oftentimes have somewhat one bathe on the top of a being pregnant? and why might you decide on infant presents in case you arnt conserving the newborn? Im sorry to assert yet your sister is powerful you quite ought to have been up front approximately it.

    dippers you cant go wrong I did not think I was going to have one either but I decided what the hell and I am going to have one! I have alot of stuff that I need so I am pretty much telling people dippers and wipes!

    everyone knows different size diapers you can use formula, or money to go in a bank account

    have her make it a diaper shower...then everyone brings diapers and wipes only as gifts.....and you'll be all set

    Diapers, gift cards, swaddling blankets, spit rags, etc. never too many of those.
